WHAT WE DO

Our Activities

Our club has a variety of indoor and outdoor activities on a regular basis to educate, entertain, and advocate around the subject of astronomy. Attend the ones that interest you.

You can find more details about these activities in our Starry Nights 2022 brochure.

For the safety of our members and guests, some meetings are currently remote or hybrid via Zoom. Check our home page for updates.

The Prescott Astronomy Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3).

SOCIALIZE AND LEARN

Club Meetings

Monthly Club Meetings happen every 1st Wednesday at 6:00 PM where we socialize and hear from invited Club Meeting Speakers from regional organizations, often members of local community as well, who present on subjects relevant to astronomy… We meet at the Prescott Public Library at 215 E. Goodwin Street.

Club meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome!!

VIEW THE SKIES, MAKE NEW FRIENDS

Starry Nights

Starry Nights sky viewing “star parties” occur during the spring and fall seasons, weather permitting.

Members bring telescopes and binoculars to share, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Locations for star parties are parks, member provide properties, at local organizations and in our communities.
